The project is located in a high-end property in Shunyi, Beijing. With a full understanding of the owner's intentions, the design has made a certain degree of renovation to both the facades and the inner space.

The design basically maintains the building’s original style, but all the coating facades and stone veneers have been replaced by granite walls with more modern and elegant details.

For the internal space, part of the upper floor is removed to create a double height living room. Correspondingly, the windows were knocked into one big French window in order to bring natural light into the room.
